About the role

  • Support SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and SAP S/4HANA systems by accurately entering, validating, and maintaining data.
  • Validate data accuracy against source documents and business rules.
  • Process high-volume transactions for subscription renewals, usage-based billing, and adjustments.
  • Handle sensitive data in compliance with PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, and Commonwealth IT security protocols.
  • Generate and review reports for data accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of data entry experience in enterprise systems; SAP experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes in SAP BRIM or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data environments.
  • Basic understanding of SAP navigation and transaction codes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
