Customer Onboarding Consultant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
- Conduct virtual onboarding calls to understand client needs, goals, and workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup and timely service
- Track onboarding progress and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Address questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer onboarding, client services, or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
- Professional, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
