About the role
- Event curation and selection: map congresses, trade shows and B2B meetings; request and evaluate media kits; prioritize based on objectives and ROI.
- Internal planning and organization: create timelines, checklists, execution plans and coordinate alignments with involved teams.
- Vendor management: source quotes, negotiate and coordinate audiovisual, logistics, photography/video, print, promotional items, event infrastructure, etc.
- Promotion campaigns: plan and execute channel-specific actions to drive registrations and generate leads.
- Landing page copy: write and refine copy for registration and conversion pages (headline, agenda, social proof, CTA, FAQ).
- Email copy: write invitations, reminders, confirmations, no-show recovery and post-event emails; monitor metrics and optimize.
- Registration management: organize the database, confirmations, attendee lists and provide participant support.
- Assist on-site event operations (in-person): coordinate setup, check-in, team, vendors and resolve unexpected issues.
- Event content coverage: produce and publish real-time content (stories, photos, short videos, highlights) and capture materials for post-event use.
- Post-event and reporting: consolidate results (attendance, leads, engagement, cost/ROI), feedback and learnings.
Requirements
- Experience in events, marketing or communications (B2B experience preferred).
- Fluent Spanish - Mandatory (will be assessed during the interview).
- Multi-brand organization: ability to manage multiple fronts with tight deadlines and a high level of detail, working with different “clients” (the group's brands).
- Strong writing and clarity: ability to write landing page and email copy focused on conversion.
- Data-driven mindset: track metrics (registrations, attendance, open/click rates, leads) and iterate based on insights.
- Hands-on: handle on-site operations and resolve unforeseen issues.
- Autonomy and ownership: proactive, disciplined, able to maintain a fast cadence and take responsibility for deliverables.
- Nice-to-haves: experience with trade shows, sponsorships, booths and relationships with organizers/partners. Familiarity with ActiveCampaign or another CRM. Basic knowledge of short-form video recording for Instagram.
