Supports the contract administration team by assisting in the renewal and tracking of supplier contracts.
Performs routine contract processing tasks, maintains accuracy in reporting, and communicates updates to clients & management to ensure deadlines are met.
Lays the foundation for growth within the contract lifecycle function and contributes to the team’s overall success through dependable execution and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
2+ years of industry experience
Preferably a college degree or relevant work experience
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
Excellent computer skills (with emphasis on Excel, JIRA, and SharePoint) and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work independently to accomplish goals
Strong organizational skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication skills
