About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join the Analytics team in driving growth for stakeholders by using Data through Analytics and Strategic Initiative
Conduct regular and ad-hoc data analyses and strategic initiatives
Own and optimize the Palantir Workbench environment to improve data-matching accuracy and analytical capabilities
Conduct user testing, perform QA on match logic, and triage match-related changes, incidents, and regressions
Analyze reports and presentations for accuracy prior to presentation and provide specifics regarding recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of analyst experience (or equivalent) as an individual contributor.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience in data cleaning, joins, and understanding scoring logic.
Experience with Palantir Workbench or other record-linkage/matching tools is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
Comfortable with user testing, QA processes, and triaging technical issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise and impactful documentation.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about data-driven improvements.
