About the role
- Serve as the primary project management resource for international operations, supporting strategic initiatives and special projects while fostering strong operational relationships across our international brands.
- Ensure seamless coordination between US-based teams and international entities, maintaining project discipline and stakeholder alignment as our international footprint continues to grow.
- Partner with International IT Architect on special projects and international-focused initiatives, providing project management expertise to drive successful outcomes.
- Maintain clear communication with international brand leadership and relevant stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Build and maintain strong operational relationships with our international brands.
- Act as a liaison between international operations and US-based support functions, ensuring smooth collaboration across time zones and organizational boundaries.
- Own the end-to-end project management process for international initiatives—from intake and planning through execution and closure.
- Ensure projects stay on track, scope is managed effectively, and stakeholders remain informed.
- Provide project management guidance and support to international teams on initiatives that don't require dedicated project management resources.
- Maintain project documentation, standardize processes for international operations, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Identify and escalate risks appropriately while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through project retrospectives.
- Support the integration of newly acquired international brands as international operations expand.
Requirements
- ~2-5 years of project or program management experience, leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- Experience working with international or distributed teams and managing stakeholders across time zones.
- Strong communicator comfortable engaging with both senior leaders and operational teams.
- Able to manage expectations, prioritize effectively, and push back constructively when timelines or scope shift.
- Highly organized and proactive, bringing structure and accountability to complex initiatives.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Nice to have: experience supporting international operations, systems or data initiatives, and technology-enabled businesses.
