About the role

  • Maintain accurate exclusions benefits for customers, manufacturers, distributors, and the company.
  • Create and maintain accurate contract exclusion records utilizing Salesforce from various sources internally and externally.
  • Facilitate the exchange of exclusion records to internal and external parties.
  • Ensure proper exclusion record alignment with external parties.

Requirements

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Nested If Statements, PivotTables, XLookups, etc.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience working with large data sets including gathering, interpreting, and disseminating information.
  • Experience working within Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Business Intelligence Software experience a plus
