About the role
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
- Support growth marketing efforts by coordinating demand generation campaigns, lead nurturing, and other activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
- Help create, organize, and manage content for various marketing channels, including website updates, blog posts, case studies, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing materials such as graphics, promotional content, and product collateral.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to track key metrics and suggest improvements.
- Support the planning and coordination of virtual and in-person events, webinars, and trade shows that promote SaaS Division products.
- Assist with the management of marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, etc.) to execute email campaigns, track leads, and measure campaign performance.
- Ensure all marketing content is consistent with the brand voice and aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging digital marketing best practices to support innovative campaign execution.
- Support data-driven decision making by maintaining campaign dashboards, tracking lead generation metrics, and identifying trends that inform optimization efforts.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, helping with scheduling, vendor coordination, and other duties as needed.
- Assist in managing and tracking marketing budgets across all three brands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B and/or SaaS environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid media.
- Experience using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the marketing field.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
