About the role
- Manage advertising reports, databases, and platform profiles across multiple tools (Pacvue, Criteo, Promote IQ, etc.).
- Support department leadership with scheduling, reporting (LTRs, budgets, pacing files), and SOP documentation.
- Coordinate training, onboarding/offboarding, and ensure teams have access to tools and resources.
- Deliver accurate DSP invoices and agency fees, and ensure advertising budgets are approved, tracked, and communicated on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a key point of contact for requests, meetings, and project updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an executive or operational assistant.
- Proficiency with Amazon research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to report on and organize large data sets.
- Experience with Amazon ad management tools (Kenshoo, Pacvue, Sellics) a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
