About the role

Responsible for recording, analyzing and monitoring cost accounting, project controlling and process controlling nationally and internationally
Establishing standards in cost and performance accounting
Preparation of management reports, KPI definitions and variance analyses
Support for the implementation of a new ERP system (MS Dynamics)
First point of contact for managers and business units

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business/Management, Management Accounting, or a related field with a focus on controlling and accounting, or an equivalent qualification
5–7 years of professional experience in controlling and cost accounting, ideally in international companies (mid-sized businesses or corporations)
Good knowledge of an ERP system (SAP / MS Dynamics, etc.)
German: business fluent; English: good
Willingness to travel regularly, including internationally
