About the role
- Manage the entire operational procurement process for defined material groups and services
- Ensure smooth order processing and order tracking
- Monitor quality and delivery performance
- Handle complaints in collaboration with internal departments and suppliers
- Provide support for supplier evaluation and development
- Maintain supplier master data
- Participate in supplier visits and audits
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Initial professional experience in operational procurement or a comparable position
- Process-oriented understanding and cross-functional thinking
- Assertiveness and flexibility
- Independent and conscientious working style
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
- Good English skills (minimum B level according to the CEFR)
