Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product roadmap for the core access platform, evaluating scope, stress-testing assumptions, and evolving the plan based on findings
  • Conduct rigorous discovery with end users and operators
  • Sharpen problem definitions and iterate on solutions with Design and Engineering
  • Embed AI into the product where it creates genuine value
  • Decide what to build, partner on, or white-label
  • Establish important product metrics and remain accountable for them

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years in product management
  • Track record of owning products from concept to market and driving tangible business outcomes
  • Agentic-first product approach
  • Experience shipping products where software takes action on someone’s behalf
  • Experience bringing a mature product into its next version
  • Ability to sequence migrations, maintain backward compatibility, and ship fundamental changes seamlessly
  • Expertise in permissions, identity, RBAC, and onboarding
  • Ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Experience delivering projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong product taste and UX sense
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence engineering, design, go-to-market, and leadership without authority
  • Builder’s mindset, including prototyping and rapid exploration
  • Physical security, access control, PropTech, or IoT experience (bonus)
  • B2B2C product experience (bonus)
  • Experience with hardware and software systems working together (bonus)
  • Authorization to work in the US
