About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive significant new business growth within the region by targeting and closing high-value, enterprise-level opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals through an enterprise sales strategy
- Lead strategic executive-level selling efforts with C-suite stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers
- Own the full sales cycle for large, complex regional opportunities and strategic accounts
- Develop and execute regional strategies positioning Butterfly as a transformational partner for health systems
- Identify whitespace, uncover multi-departmental needs, and shape opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and senior executives to accelerate enterprise adoption and expand partnerships
- Manage activity, pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce according to the defined sales process
- Represent Butterfly in high-visibility market penetration and digital transformation conversations
- Ensure sales activities align with company quality system requirements
- Provide healthcare landscape and industry trend insights to customers and internal teams
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows to strengthen market presence and generate leads
- Refine the sales playbook by documenting successful strategies and providing market and competitive intelligence feedback
- Report to the SVP US Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.A. or B.S. in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise strategic sales
- Strong track record of closing large, complex deals
- Demonstrated success selling into health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and/or large enterprise healthcare organizations
- Deep understanding of customer and market dynamics within medtech, medical devices, and healthcare IT
- Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive-level communication abilities
- Strong strategic thinking, opportunity shaping, and value-based selling capabilities
- Ability to travel more than 60% of the time
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status
- Must adhere to company security policies and procedures, securely use company assets, complete required security awareness training, safeguard company data and systems, and report suspected or actual security incidents
