Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives — including search, SEO, social media, and artificial intelligence — that align with business and client goals.
Develop and monitor marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
Collaborate with a small creative team (designers, editors, copywriters).
Collaborate with a small team of web developers to optimize the site for maximum conversion and SEO.
Digital Marketing, Google Ads & AI Search
Manage Google Ads campaigns with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, including keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Drive and refine SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve SERP rankings, and generate qualified leads.
Leverage AI-powered search tools and platforms to enhance discoverability, personalization, and campaign targeting.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, and AI-based analytics platforms.
Optimize landing pages, content, and site architecture for both paid and organic channels.
Stay ahead of digital trends, especially in AI-driven marketing and search innovation.
Creative Oversight
Craft compelling marketing content: brand messaging, ad copy, video scripts, and more.
Review and approve all marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and quality.
Provide creative direction and feedback to elevate team output.
Project Management
Oversee multiple client marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Coordinate deliverables across the team and ensure timely execution.
Report to leadership on key metrics, performance insights, and resource allocation.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign management and optimization.
Extensive SEO experience, with a deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proven success in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics.
Experience with AI Search technologies and a strong understanding of how AI is reshaping digital discovery.
Experience managing creative teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Bonus: Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
