- Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Law Attorney to join our growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling employment matters—particularly those involving sexual harassment, workplace assault, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while growing your career with a collaborative and highly skilled legal team.
- Annual Salary: Between $150,000 and $170,000, in addition to a bonus structure.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school in the United States.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Proven experience handling cases involving sexual harassment and/or workplace assault.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent legal writing and research abilities.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team.
