About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Attend sales calls, upon request, from other Commercial and Treasury Management Associates
- Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations for clients and prospects
- Assist in preparing treasury and commercial card pricing/profitability models, proposals and RFPs
- Prepare, attend and manage follow-up from annual Treasury Management client reviews
- Gather data, processing instructions, documentation and other information required to facilitate new client Treasury Management implementations
- Monitor the status of active implementations to ensure setups are completed on time and accurately
- Maintain a high level of communication with clients and internal partners during the sales and implementation process
- Maintain client data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Clearly and accurately communicate complex solutions to clients
- Act as subject matter expert for complex client questions and/or service issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Finance or Business
- 2+ years of banking experience
- Treasury Management and/or payment technology sales preferred
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office
