About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The People and Culture Officer plays a crucial role in implementing Busara’s talent and people strategies, supporting the organization’s growth, and enhancing the employee experience.
  • This position is responsible for implementing processes within talent acquisition and staffing, performance and talent development, employee engagement, and HR administration.
  • The People and Culture Officer will also support promoting diversity, inclusion, and well-being across the organization.
  • This role requires great interpersonal, organization, communication, and relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with managers, staff, and external partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a related role as an HR generalist with demonstrated experience in training and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage
  • multiple processes and tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Agile, proactive, and collaborative team player who is eager to learn.
