About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multi-phase and multi-disciplinary client engagements
Manage dependencies and coordination across multiple workstreams
Own project financial performance, including forecasting, margin protection, revenue recognition, and proactive recovery planning
Partner with Practice Leadership to optimize delivery and profitability while maintaining client satisfaction
Drive disciplined scope management and profitability alignment
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks before they impact delivery
Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and DACS Leadership
Present project status, risks, and recommendations to client executive audiences
Present portfolio and project status, risks, and recommendations to internal executive audiences
Contribute to project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization
Use delivery health indicators to proactively identify emerging risks and recommend corrective actions before client outcomes are impacted
Mentor others and elevate team performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12 years of project management experience
Demonstrated success leading complex client engagements
Strong leadership skills for driving complex engagements from initiation through completion
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems in fast-paced environments
Strong financial acumen and experience managing project profitability
Strong financial governance and executive communication skills
Experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream projects
Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through clear communications, data-driven recommendations, and trusted partnerships
PMP certification or equivalent credential strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise cloud deployments, specifically utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies strongly preferred
Experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, business readiness, training coordination, and user adoption strategies is a plus
Familiarity with Organizational Change Management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or similar methodologies is a plus
Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent experience is a plus
Experience partnering with business and technical teams to drive successful adoption during enterprise technology and cloud transformation initiatives
