About the role
- Provide system‑level leadership for the design, coordination, and delivery of clinical and operational training
- Lead enterprise‑wide training initiatives and supervises Clinical Training Partners
- Establish instructional standards and ensure training activities align with regulatory expectations
- Monitor training effectiveness and support data‑informed decision‑making
- Oversee compliance, quality, and continuous improvement for Continuing Education (CE) activities
- Collaborate with leaders across Human Resources, Compliance, Credentialing, and IT/EHR
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline or closely related field required
- Fully licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings required
- Prior training, teaching, or instructional design experience strongly preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred (formal or informal)
