About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide system‑level leadership for the design, coordination, and delivery of clinical and operational training
Lead enterprise‑wide training initiatives and supervises Clinical Training Partners
Establish instructional standards and ensure training activities align with regulatory expectations
Monitor training effectiveness and support data‑informed decision‑making
Oversee compliance, quality, and continuous improvement for Continuing Education (CE) activities
Collaborate with leaders across Human Resources, Compliance, Credentialing, and IT/EHR

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in a mental health discipline or closely related field required
Fully licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent) preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings required
Prior training, teaching, or instructional design experience strongly preferred
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred (formal or informal)
