About the role

  • Lead and expand the electrical team in Berlin and Hamburg
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Europe strategy plan in alignment with regional and technical requirements
  • Financial responsibility for the respective major projects
  • Network with potential investors in the greater Berlin area
  • Participate in interviews and actively recruit for other offices in line with the growth strategy in Germany
  • Build and maintain key client relationships and maximize opportunities for follow-on contracts
  • Strengthen the process-related QA procedures
  • Provide professional technical advice to our clients on KG440 and KG450

Requirements

  • Completed degree in engineering, master craftsman (Meister), technician, or comparable qualification
  • Many years of experience as a technical and commercial leader with demonstrably outstanding performance
  • Several years of professional experience in Germany and ideally an existing network in the Berlin market
  • Experience with German projects
  • Good understanding of multidisciplinary planning for large buildings such as opera houses, museums, mixed-use developments, or laboratory buildings
  • Extensive experience working with HOAI, VOL, VOB and VDI 6026
  • Familiarity with TGA (building services) design software including BIM Revit
  • Fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel (within Germany and Europe)
