About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide world class sales support to BD customers.
  • Help customers problem solve, select the right parts, and address installation challenges.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
  • Assist customers with automotive-related sales questions about products, installations, and service support.
  • Function as the technical expert for customers and sales team members.
  • Relay customer feedback and identify trends with the Sales and Engineering teams to support product improvement or modification.
  • Provide in-depth information about equipment and parts for sale.
  • Champion the customer throughout the RMA process.
  • Resolve customer complaints in person, by telephone, or by email.
  • Support the sales team with technical knowledge and customer support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Vehicle maintenance experience is required.
  • Demonstrated vehicle maintenance experience, ASE Automotive Certification, or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 years of customer-facing service experience preferred.
  • Maintain strong product and service knowledge.
  • Provide automotive product, installation, and service support.
  • Work 8:00AM to 5:00PM PST, Monday to Friday.
  • Work an 8-hour day shift.
