About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • We are looking for a full-time licensed psychologist with specialized experience in diagnosing ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • This role involves completing thorough diagnostic reports, providing clear and actionable feedback to families, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, therapists, and care coordinators.
  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of early childhood development, neurodevelopmental disorders, and culturally responsive assessment practices.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and navigating insurance or regional diagnostic requirements is highly preferred.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current, active licensure as a Psychologist (Registered Psychological Associate may be accepted if evaluation experience) with the California Board of Psychology.
  • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing ADHD and ASD in children.
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting a range of psychological assessments and tests (ADOS-2, WAIS-IV/WAIS-V, IVA-2, MMPI-2, SRS-2, etc).
  • Experience or willingness to learn the development of client-centered treatment plans.
  • Strong knowledge and deep understanding of mental and behavioral health therapies and a desire to deliver these services with the highest quality and ethical standards.
  • Must have excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team.
