About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and drive execution of product lifecycle processes within the Merchant Import Operations team
  • Coordinate portfolio workflows and maintain visibility into product development initiatives
  • Support prioritization and governance processes
  • Consolidate cross-functional inputs, track timelines, and provide leadership visibility into execution status
  • Maintain trackers for in-flight and pipeline product development initiatives
  • Provide progress, demand, risk, gap, tradeoff, and capacity updates to leadership
  • Coordinate seasonal prioritization cycles and maintain the rolling 12–18 month product development pipeline
  • Prepare presentations and materials for leadership reviews
  • Maintain production calendars and milestone tracking tools
  • Track deliverables, follow up on milestones, and escalate risks and delays
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and track action items
  • Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Creative, and Marketing teams
  • Document workflows, tools, and processes and recommend improvements
  • Support rollout and adoption of new processes and tools
  • Maintain process documentation, training materials, templates, trackers, and reference materials
  • Support centralized product development resources and ensure tools are accessible, accurate, and current
  • Prepare reporting on product development initiatives, portfolio performance, project status, and business metrics
  • Analyze owned-brand, licensed-brand, and royalty-program data to identify trends, variances, performance gaps, and opportunities
  • Support recurring business reviews by evaluating sales, profitability, royalty, and brand performance data
  • Develop dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools
  • Translate data into actionable insights supporting planning, prioritization, and process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Preferred fields include Product Development, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Retail Management, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in product development, brand management, retail operations, supply chain, or a related field
  • Experience in project coordination, reporting, or process management
  • Exposure to cross-functional workflows and seasonal planning cycles
  • Advanced experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • PLM system experience preferred
