About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise associate events and culture moments.
- Oversee planning and delivery of high-visibility enterprise and experience moments.
- Ensure events are executed on time, within scope, and with a high standard of quality.
- Anticipate issues, solve problems quickly, and ensure strong event-day readiness and execution.
- Develop the events calendar roadmap across the Events & Experience portfolio.
- Establish and manage clear intake, prioritization, and planning processes for new and existing work.
- Connect enterprise events to broader goals related to connection, pride, belonging, culture, and engagement.
- Partner closely with leaders across HR and business teams to align on event purpose, scope, roles, and decisions.
- Oversee event budgets, vendor relationships, purchase needs, and logistical planning.
- Direct, coach, and develop planners responsible for enterprise events and experience delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 7 years+ of experience in event/project management.
- Experience supporting large‑scale meetings and conferences preferred.
- Venue strategy, sourcing, and contracting.
- Tradeshow and sponsorship experience a plus.
- Familiarity with event registration platforms, mobile event apps and Exhibitor Resource Centers (e.g., Cvent) a plus.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex events and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to apprise leaders, clarify decisions, and manage competing priorities.
- Strong facilitation skills and comfort leading planning meetings, stakeholder reviews, and decision-making forums.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional partners.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to develop event briefs, agendas, run-of-show documents, post-event recaps, and leadership-ready planning materials.
