About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned Facilities capital programs
- Lead monthly and quarterly capital forecasts
- Prepare and present variance analysis, trend insights, and executive‑level summaries
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of capital financials
- Provide dedicated financial ownership for the Downsize/Remodel Program
- Perform trend analysis to identify cost drivers, spending patterns, and forecasting risks
- Support the development of Management Committee budgets
- Conduct project audits and financial closeout
- Provide comprehensive financial oversight for Distribution Center construction projects
- Track and manage capital budgets
- Work directly with vendors and project teams on draw schedules, payments, and accruals
- Lead forecasting activities for Distribution Center projects
- Perform ROI and financial analysis for alternative Distribution Center build options
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance with an emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis
- Proven experience in finance with demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong, practical knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical data to non-technical audiences
- Retail Operational Finance or FP&A experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience in KPI development and dashboard reporting
- Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a time-bound environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
- Demonstrated ability to interact across a broad range of organizational levels and functions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
