About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executive management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of executive-level administrative experience
  • Experience within a large, multi-location corporate environment spanning multiple time zones
  • Retail industry experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple executive calendars
  • Experience coordinating complex travel and organizing large meetings
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with budget and expense management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across varying levels of the organization
  • Flexibility to provide or arrange after-hours support, as needed
