Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership and direction for the Inbound Logistics Analyst
Ensure carrier partners comply with service standards in contracts
Utilize established KPI standards for carrier accountability
Develop carrier training modules to support understanding of KPIs
On-board new carriers to ensure compliance from the start
Engage daily with carriers on yard health and appointment scheduling
Work to reduce vendor dwell issues and improve driver utilization
Develop skills of Inbound Logistic analysts for continuous improvement
Provide guidance, feedback, and accountability for tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required
4+ years related supply chain management preferred but not required
Manhattan TMS experience required
