Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for Burlington business partners and third-party vendors
Oversee incident escalations and provide comprehensive Asset Protection Technology support
Review technical drawings and develop action plans
Manage a wide range of AP and store development projects
Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems
Coordinate between field and corporate partners for plans and schedules
Communicate with store management to address any issues or concerns
Provide written and oral reports and project updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or appropriate related field preferred
5-7 years’ work experience in a related retail environment
Experience with Project Management
Retail technology skills
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
