About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for Burlington business partners and third-party vendors
- Oversee incident escalations and provide comprehensive Asset Protection Technology support
- Review technical drawings and develop action plans
- Manage a wide range of AP and store development projects
- Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems
- Coordinate between field and corporate partners for plans and schedules
- Communicate with store management to address any issues or concerns
- Provide written and oral reports and project updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or appropriate related field preferred
- 5-7 years’ work experience in a related retail environment
- Experience with Project Management
- Retail technology skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
