Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy, development, and execution of graphic planning, storefront visual communications, and complex store design initiatives
Partner with Store Planning, Design, Construction, Real Estate, Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing teams
Manage a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional partners
Create compelling renderings, presentations, elevations, and design packages
Review architectural drawings and site-specific conditions
Lead the planning and design of storefront graphic programs
Manage annual RFPs for graphic vendors
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of graphic planners

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Retail Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field, or significant relevant experience
3-5 years of experience in retail design, graphic planning, environmental graphics, or store design
2+ years of leadership experience managing design teams is a plus
Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
Willingness to travel regularly to corporate office and for site visits
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
Strong Project management experience
