Key responsibilities & impact

Coach, consult, and advise leaders regarding existing Human Resources programs and services
Positively communicate and demonstrate the company’s Core Values
Provide guidance regarding HR strategies that support the vision, culture, and business needs
Act as the key interface between HR functional specialists and assigned corporate group
Drive the performance management program by ensuring performance expectations are met
Handle various associate relations issues, such as investigating employee complaints
Leverage data analysis to proactively identify issues within the business and develop plans to address

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
7+ years HR leadership experience
3+ years retail industry experience supporting merchandising (preferred)
Must be able to demonstrate expertise in all aspects of Human Resources Management
Ability to conduct investigations, train and develop staff and maintain documentation in an organized manner
Knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations governing employment
Must have strong business acumen
Must be proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to utilize tools (Workday) to leverage data
