About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • serve as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner
  • translate business priorities into people strategies
  • lead annual and ongoing talent reviews, succession planning, and IDP processes
  • handle complex employee relations matters
  • partner closely with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions
  • lead or contribute to cross-functional projects supporting store and field initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • experience supporting retail, store operations, or similarly fast-paced, distributed environments
  • demonstrated experience leading talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management
  • strong working knowledge of employment law, employee relations practices, and HR fundamentals
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • experience supporting large-scale change, integration, or transformation efforts
