Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, teach, and lead the implementation of asset protection, shortage control, and safety programs
Train, mentor, and collaborate with store management and shortage control associates
Ensure effective execution and proper implementation of company policies
Drive improvements in inventory management and loss prevention
Manage investigation of all asset protection incidents and reduce incidents and associated monetary loss

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District and/or Multi-Unit experience
Familiarity with asset protection programs and software including Think LP and Secure 5
proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience conducting internal investigation interviews and managing external apprehension programs
Proven ability to successfully resolve incidents
