Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Architecture
5+ years of experience in architectural and/or construction management
5+ years architectural experience and proficiency with architectural construction documents
5+ years of experience in construction administration
Experience with complex, multi-level, and vertical retail environments in an urban setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Knowledgeable with Bluebeam and AutoCAD
