Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop analysts responsible for payroll and non-payroll expense forecasting, reporting, and analysis
Oversee weekly and monthly forecasting processes
Manage annual budgeting and planning processes
Perform ad-hoc and scenario analysis
Monitor key payroll and expense metrics
Ensure payroll and non-payroll expenses remain within budget
Partner cross-functionally to incorporate operational initiatives into forecasts and budgets
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting
Oversee the store supplies ordering system, vendor relationships, and order management processes
Prepare and communicate financial reports, insights, risks, and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

>5 years of experience in store operations, asset protection or finance
History of progressively increasing responsibility in operations functions
Retail experience preferred
