About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors for smooth customer flow
- Manage overall execution of operations and receiving SOPS
- Lead the receiving process, maintaining inventory accuracy
- Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), setting leadership example
- Support Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, and training
- Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a multi-unit retail organization
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
- Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software
