Key responsibilities & impact

Own the delivery lifecycle for infrastructure programs and projects
Establish and lead infrastructure delivery governance
Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards
Act as the escalation point for delivery issues
Partner with IT Portfolio Management for funding prioritization
Own infrastructure delivery budget management
Provide technical leadership and oversight for infrastructure designs
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards
Lead vendor governance for infrastructure delivery partners
Ensure seamless handoff from project delivery to IT Operations
Build and develop a high-performing infrastructure delivery organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive IT experience
Significant leadership experience in infrastructure delivery, operations, or transformation
Proven experience leading complex, multi-vendor infrastructure programs
Strong background in networking, cloud, Windows/Linux, storage, backup, and monitoring
Expertise in vendor performance management and contract negotiation
Experience with financial management, budgeting, and investment planning
Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
Exceptional communication skills
