About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- lead and develop a team of full-cycle recruiters
- partner with Corporate Function leaders and HR Business Partners
- oversee end-to-end recruitment activities

Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- full life-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment
- minimum of 3+ years of proven people leadership experience
- strong experience partnering with senior leaders
- knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection methodologies
- experience leveraging recruiting technology and data analytics
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
