Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
full life-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment
minimum of 3+ years of proven people leadership experience
strong experience partnering with senior leaders
knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection methodologies
experience leveraging recruiting technology and data analytics
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
proficiency in Microsoft Office
