Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
  • full life-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment
  • minimum of 3+ years of proven people leadership experience
  • strong experience partnering with senior leaders
  • knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection methodologies
  • experience leveraging recruiting technology and data analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
