About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • work closely with Burlington Leadership, Human Resources and Hiring Managers to source, screen, interview, and place candidates
  • promote the “Our Burlington” talent brand across social media
  • perform full lifecycle recruiting for corporate functions
  • maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates and the community
  • utilize diverse channels including in-person, digital and social media for candidate sourcing
  • proactively identify passive and diverse talent using creative methods
  • manage candidate list and keep talent engaged
  • maintain postings within ATS (Workday)
  • extend and negotiate candidate offers
  • understand business nuances to improve screening and selection processes
  • participate in internal talent management and succession planning process with HR Business Partners
  • recommend recruiting strategies and create relationships with diverse professional organizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • minimum of 4 - 7 years of experience as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter
  • background supporting corporate functions
  • experience recruiting for leadership openings at Manager and Director level
  • working knowledge of an ATS, such as Workday
  • strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • professional demeanor and strong business acumen
