About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support shortage and overall company objectives by managing Asset Protection activities
Work closely with field AP teams and Investigations team to resolve theft cases
Assess data and implement proactive measures to mitigate shortage risk
Visit third-party pool points to validate execution of AP objectives
Collaborate with various teams to drive AP key objectives
Lead internal and external theft investigations
Conduct audits to validate adherence to AP objectives
Train teams on best practices regarding shortage results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of Logistics and/or Supply Chain related experience
Strategic understanding of the retail loss prevention and security environment
Experience in distribution / supply chain environment
Physical security expertise
Relevant experience in successful partnership development
Team development and succession planning
Creative thinking
Training facilitation skills
Ability to analyze results and develop conclusions
Strong functional knowledge of business tools such as Excel, Power Point, Word
