facilitates communication between merchants, IT, and other cross functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-year College degree or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of experience in merchandising preferred
Off-price retail experience preferred
Experience with Merchandise systems is preferred
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong analytical skills
Excellent organization skills and detail-orientation
Ability to manage through conflict and problem resolution
Strong computer skills with a thorough knowledge base of Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently
Ability to adapt to changes
Periodic travel including but not limited to market, vendors, corporate offices (NY, NJ, CA) and DC locations (NJ, CA)
