About the role
- Act as a liaison between IT, business, and digital transformation teams
- Manage incident escalation and third-party vendor support
- Review digital technical drawings and create actionable plans
- Remotely manage store downsize and remodel projects
- Coordinate project-oriented work efforts and provide virtual status reporting
- Analyze and report on potential risks using real-time dashboards
- Develop, maintain, administer, and document systems using cloud-based platforms
- Provide incident management and coordinate with third-party vendors remotely
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
- 5-7 years work experience in IT retail environment
- Project Coordination experience
- Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead processes and implement improvements
- Strong MS Office and Windows skills
- Administrative capabilities (scheduling, coordinating calendars, event management)
