About the role

Partner strategically with startup clients across industries (Fintech, Crypto/Blockchain/NFT, SaaS, Consumer, Healthcare).
Act as a trusted ally to CEOs and management teams, providing fractional CFO services.
Present at investor meetings and participate in investor pitches.
Build complex financial models and evaluate fundraising round size and cap table dilution.
Bridge legacy financial thinking with blockchain-based ecosystems and capital flows.
Manage entire Finance function for clients and lead/manage teams.
Build out robust processes and systems, embracing agile and scrappy startup environments.
Context shift, communicate, prioritize, and evaluate diverse client needs while working largely independently.

Ability to lead fundraising efforts, model cap table scenarios, and assist with investor pitches.
Ability to design Finance functions, build team structures, implement systems, and develop processes.
Drive comprehensive reporting of financial performance, metrics, and KPIs.
Strong finance-based modeling and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Carta, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and video conferencing tools such as Zoom.
