Accounting Manager – Inventory Accounting

Bookkeeper

• Responsible for client financial statements, bookkeeping, accounting software management, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, process payments, and generate financial reports.
• Perform bookkeeping and general accounting services for clients.
• Complete and review month-end work: reconcile bank accounts, post cash receipts and disbursements, manage accounts payable and receivable, calculate and record monthly accruals, record journal entries, prepare financial statements, and review G/L detail for year-end returns.
• Maintain positive client relationships and respond timely and accurately to internal team and client requests.
• Use G-Suite, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Ramp, Zoom and other tools to facilitate client meetings.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Partner strategically with startup clients across industries (Fintech, Crypto/Blockchain/NFT, SaaS, Consumer, Healthcare).
• Act as a trusted ally to CEOs and management teams, providing fractional CFO services.
• Present at investor meetings and participate in investor pitches.
• Build complex financial models and evaluate fundraising round size and cap table dilution.
• Bridge legacy financial thinking with blockchain-based ecosystems and capital flows.
• Manage entire Finance function for clients and lead/manage teams.
• Build out robust processes and systems, embracing agile and scrappy startup environments.
• Context shift, communicate, prioritize, and evaluate diverse client needs while working largely independently.
