Maintain data integrity by performing regular checks to ensure all information is complete and up to date.
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all information is organised effectively.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data preservation.
Uphold strict confidentiality and comply with data security policies when handling sensitive information.

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy with an exceptional level of attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
Superb organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
