Key responsibilities & impact

Provide real-time customer support through live chat, email, and online messaging platforms
Assist customers with product inquiries, account support, order status, and basic technical troubleshooting
Serve as a key point of contact, delivering timely and accurate solutions to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Accurately document customer interactions within the company's CRM or help desk system
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, help desk, technical support, or call center operations is preferred but not required
Excellent written communication, grammar, and typing skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Comfortable learning new software and customer support platforms
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
