Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software applications that support our core business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to analyse requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Participate fully in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to deployment and support.
Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure systems are well-understood and maintainable.
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose new solutions to enhance our software portfolio.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience working as a Software Engineer in a professional environment.
Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
Solid experience with relational and non-relational database technologies.
A comprehensive understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is considered an advantage.
