About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and proofread documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and formatting errors.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, terminology, and branding across written materials.

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written English skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Previous proofreading, editing, administrative, or data-entry experience is beneficial but not required.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and collaborative editing tools.
