Proven professional experience in document processing, claims administration, or a similar data-intensive role.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a remote environment.
High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and make sound judgements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Experience within the accounting, financial services, or insurance industries is highly desirable.
