Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer service, or account management, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Experience with CRM software and customer engagement tools.
Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.
A passion for technology and a desire to stay informed about industry trends.
