About the role
- First-level support for IT requests related to BURGER GROUP's IT services
- Procurement and management of hardware and software
- Installation, configuration, management and maintenance of end-user hardware (Windows, mobile devices)
- Close collaboration with the global IT team
- Administration and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, SharePoint, user management, license management and security policies
- Management and maintenance of Active Directory (user accounts, Group Policy, OU structures)
- Documentation of IT processes and creation of user manuals
- Training and support of employees in the use of Microsoft 365 tools, IT security tools and other IT services
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
- Experience managing Active Directory and Group Policy
- Practical experience in IT support, user helpdesk and working with ticketing systems
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and service orientation
- High quality awareness and strong customer service mindset
- Highly motivated to work in an international team
- Good written and spoken English skills
