About the role

  • First-level support for IT requests related to BURGER GROUP's IT services
  • Procurement and management of hardware and software
  • Installation, configuration, management and maintenance of end-user hardware (Windows, mobile devices)
  • Close collaboration with the global IT team
  • Administration and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, SharePoint, user management, license management and security policies
  • Management and maintenance of Active Directory (user accounts, Group Policy, OU structures)
  • Documentation of IT processes and creation of user manuals
  • Training and support of employees in the use of Microsoft 365 tools, IT security tools and other IT services

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or a comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
  • Experience managing Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Practical experience in IT support, user helpdesk and working with ticketing systems
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
  • High quality awareness and strong customer service mindset
  • Highly motivated to work in an international team
  • Good written and spoken English skills
